Rabeprazole

• Possesses rapid onset of maximal acid suppression with greater antisecretory effect over a 24 hr period
• Produces greater inhibition of gastric acid secretion compared to Omeprazole

Domperidone

• Possesses prokinetic and antiemetic effects
• Increases lower esophageal tone & esophageal clearance
• Eliminates the nausea & vomiting associated with GERD
